Among the township’s three looming affordable housing projects, one received development approval last month, one is poised to go before the Planning Board next week, and the third is on track for a development application before the end of the year.
The three projects would have a combined 502 housing units, of which 96 would be income-restricted. The township rezoned the subject sites last year to meet its state-mandated “Round III” affordable housing obligation through 2025.
